The LLPOA would like to extend a heart felt appreciation to "The Bobs" for 17 years of voluteer service to the management of Leisure Lake. This is a service to all the communities around the lake such as Sandpiper and Castaways apt, The patio homes, The Pond restuarant , Bever Glen subdivision, South Oaks subdivistion and Bayside Subdivision.

Dues invoices for the year 2026-2027 will be sent out by the end of June ,please be on the look out. Dues are due by September 30, 2026
If you have pictures of wildlife that you would like to feature on our website from around Leisure Lake please email them to us with a short bio.
It has been discovered that the weed "Bitter Water Nymph" has returned to both lakes. The LLPOA is taking steps to treat this weed . Planned for treatment is set up for September 16 and 17 2026 . Please do not fish, boat, kayak or swim in lake during these days . If you divert water from lake to water plants this weed killer will kill your plants . DONOT WATER YOUR LAWN OR PLANTS from September 16 to September 26, 2026

New representation has been obtained for Beaver Glen Subdivision Please welcome Jon Parsons and Stephanie Tibbetts
Joe Wilburn of The Pond will continue as Vice President acting president
Stephanie Tibbetts will continue as Secretary/Treasurer
due to heavy rain expected in the central Ga area the lower dam has been opened as of 10/09/2026 and conditions will be monitored
